I would not advise anyone to use this app. They never respond and overcharge you. I tried the 30 days free on the 19 a month. And my bill was 50.47 I sent 6 emails no response. Avoid this app. The reviews must be from all who work for them. I am putting this review on pissed customer
Still in the set-up stage. Seems good so far.
Only used it for about a week so far but liking it so far. Not so much about making sales but just answering basic questions.
I took a risk and paid a lump sum for the lifetime option. It has more than paid for itself. 90% of our inquiries are things vanchat can handle. It has cut down the amount of emails a ton as well as increased our conversions. I am very happy.
