Installed app and this did not work (Yuva theme). The field simply resumed blank on the product page after setting items to display. Contacted support for help. Didn’t know what the issue was (even after gaining access to my store) and escalated to developers who after 24 hours still had no response. Asked the support

We received an email from HulkApps informing us that there was a critical issue with Metafields and that they lost 689 of our media files and are unable to recover them. Their only solution is to offer us a $30 credit and a discount on their products. Absolutely unacceptable.
