Editly is a self-serve order editing app. Let customers edit orders after checkout: edit shipping address, swap variants, adjust quantity, change shipping method, add or remove items, and cancel orders without contacting support. No support tickets needed. Customers handle it themselves from the Order Status page and Thank You page. Klaviyo and Shopify Flow trigger instantly. Every order edit is logged. Set a custom post-purchase edit window and choose which changes are allowed.

Starting January 2026, Saudi Arabia requires a National Short Address on every shipment. Most customers don't know their code. Enwany automatically detects Saudi orders, converts the shipping address into the official Short Address, and saves it to metafields, notes, tags, and the shipping label in seconds. When validation fails, Enwany contacts the customer via WhatsApp to recover their address interactively. No manual work needed. Non-Saudi orders are never affected.
