Qikify Contact Form Builder vs Workflow Forms

Pick a template (contact us form, wholesale order form, registration, survey) or start blank, then drag in fields: text, dropdown, checkbox, date picker, image choice and file upload. Add conditional logic or split a long form into steps, then embed it on a page or show it as a popup form or floating bubble. Get each submission by email with reCAPTCHA spam protection, export to CSV, or sync to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and Shopify Flow. Track submissions for every custom form in the app.

Build forms from a library of reusable fields, from text, email and date to dropdowns, consent and hidden fields, or start from a template. Add show-if conditions and multi-step pages, then show the form as a theme block, a popup or a direct link page. Each submission lands in an inbox and starts Shopify Flow with every answer, so you can tag customers, create draft orders or send emails. Spam filtering, CSV export and translations are included.
