Not having any idea how to do this, I googled some instructions which honestly made no sense to me. So then,

Even if the app it's pretty much easy to use has many bugs that not even their Staff is able to recognize and act accordingly. I contacted them many times for error with their usability or feature: - AI Agent is useless and time wasting - Agent are slow to respond, they have to escalate to somebody, they take 20-30 min
