In the reports “Jewish Campus Connections” folder you'll find a set of reports to track your different types of constituents as well as any current and past interactions with them. The Salesforce activities/events on the contact's chatter feed have been tailored to fit your needs. You can set a follow up date after an event which will kick off a follow up task on that date. You can also attach a spiritual milestone related to doing a mitzvah or a Jewish learning milestone to your activities. For tracking your students there's also functionality that will calculate whether they are a student or alum and what class year they are - by simply entering the graduation date.
