BriefingEdge Integration
The BriefingEdge integration provides a convenient and accurate way for your sales team to initiate a Briefing/Customer Engagement request directly from Salesforce. The integration pull relevant account, opportunity, and contact information from Salesforce, and pre-populates it into the BriefingEdge request form. Following a briefing, the integration can query back to Salesforce automatically and pull updates to opportunity information. This provides an easy way to track pre vs post briefing opportunity values in BriefingEdge, and demonstrate the impact of the briefing in terms of revenue. The interface can also send data back into Salesforce from BriefingEdge in a new Salesforce object called the Briefing-Center-Visit. This object tracks aspects of the engagement such as Visit Date, Location, Type, Objectives, etc... and also links to the accounts, contacts and opportunities associated with it.
