Mass Update Tasks + Activities Tab + Create Multiple Tasks
2: Post Install Setup Instructions: Step 1: Enable Activities Tab: Click on "+" (right most tab) | 'Customize My Tabs' | Add the Activities Tab. Step 2: Add "Mass Update Task" button to Activities list view: Go to Customize | Activities | Activity Search Layouts | Activities List View | Edit the view | Add Button 'Mass Update Tasks'. Step 3: To create multiple tasks for multiple records, add "Create Tasks" button to Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities and Cases list view. Go to App Setup | Customize | Leads/Accounts/Contacts | Search Layouts | List View | Edit the view | Add Button 'Create Tasks'. 3: Customization Instructions: Extend "Mass Update Tasks" and "Mass Create Tasks". Steps to add/remove various standard or custom task fields to mass update tasks and mass create tasks page.
