DataTrim Data Laundry is best practice data quality assessment, data validation and cleaning App in-a-box. The data quality assessment functionality includes dashboards, reports, data quality scores, and visual data quality Indicators, i.e. a solution for effective assessing and measuring of data quality levels across Leads, Accounts and Contacts. Basically, answering your question: What is wrong with my data? The cleaning functionality will address the dirty data issues: Identifying and standardizing address information according to country specific address structures, normalize and standardize elements like postcodes, location, region, country, etc. The solution will furthermore validate email, URL and phone/fax/mobile respecting local preferences and languages. Job Titles are mapped into Job-Role and Job-Function, providing standardized picklist values for effective selection of leads and contacts for your campaigns. The results of a data cleaning are applied directly to your salesforce data. Records which fail the validation checks are flagged - allowing you or your team to validate and correct the records in Excel or via enrichment services like data.com
