Welcome to the new "Gestion en masa", 5.0 beta. developed by Dimensión Gráfica, Google Build partner. "Gestion en masa" is a component for "google spreadsheets". Its main functions are to facilitate the registration, modification, adhesion to groups and the elimination of users in a massive, fast and easy way. It also makes it easy to create folders associated with users, and share them with whoever we want. The component was developed with the intention of improving and making it easier for schools' ICTs to quickly create users, modify new courses, update security and change passwords, etc., saving significant amounts of time in this type management. Recently, compatibility and importers have been added to the GESTIB system, and the possibility of expanding importers to other systems is being studied. The folder creation sub-component was developed to facilitate the communication of documents between teachers and parents, through google drive as a native android application, creating accounts at school for families. We understand that the tool can also be useful for companies of another nature that have needs for massive user creation and elimination or modification, therefore, what began as an internal tool has become a component that goes to the public market of Gsuite. Taking into account the quota limitations established by Gsuite and its types of accounts.

Magic Cell Notifications

Use Magic Cell Notifications to monitor cells within your Google Sheet and automatically notify you via email or webhook such as Slack/Discord/Google Chat/Microsoft Teams when pre-set criteria or values are reached. The applications for this add-on are vast and the additional options allow for personalisation and flexibility to meet your needs. There are 4 different types of monitoring that you can setup using MCN 1. Single cell notifications (Monitor one specific cell) 2. Row (Monitor an entire row) 3. Column (Monitor an entire column) 4. Range (Monitor a specific range of cells) Each one of these methods allows you to monitors cells using the following criteria: equal to greater than less than not equal to changes contains When using this add-on you can load a sidebar menu to set up notification rules on your Google Sheet. You can add as many rules as you like and the add-on will keep a track of them on a dedicated worksheet. You can view this worksheet and even amend the rules directly on the sheet. Once the spreadsheet is changed and the values reach the notification rules you have set you will automatically receive an email/Slack notification to inform you. You can also add multiple email addresses to one notification rule simply by separating them by a comma. If you are using email notifications you can now also add CC and BCC addresses to your notifications easily MCN runs on 4 occasions, which you can turn on and off using the menu, and these are the triggers of the add-on. 1. Edit (A user edit to the Google Sheet) 2. Form Submission (A linked Google Form is submitted) 3. Hourly (Once per hour) 4. Daily (Once a day) You can also personalise the email or Slack notifications using your own text and can even use HTML to format and improve the look and layout of your messages. You can now get MCN to highlight in your worksheets where the latest match or change has taken place. MCN does web hooks and it has been tested and also works with Slack, IFTTT (76 characters), Zapier, Discord, Google Chat & Microsoft Teams. **Paid Features** Magic Cell Notifications has now become a subscription service for all of the features available. The free version (Basic) still exists and should solve many users' needs however the Basic version is limited by the number of each type of rule you can have. Basic Free Version Single & Multi Rules - Limited to 5 rules Column, Row & Range Rules - Limited to 1 rule Annual Subscription Chargers £9.99 per year single user (Unlimited Rules) £99.99 per year domain* wide subscription (Unlimited Users & Rules) * Domain subscriptions cannot be for ‘gmail.com’ accounts but where you have a paid Google Domain and you would like all users to have Full accounts.
