We received excellent support from the team, in the months leading up to the migration and during the migration weekend, where we did face an issue. Their professional a
Xray is really an important part of our quality assurance efforts. We have quite a lot of automated processes running through it, and find ourselves continuing to build more around this great tool. The support team has also been great to work with in the rare case we have needed assistance.
We have been using Xray for a long time now, and it helps us greatly in keeping our product quality assurance efficient and clean. Thank you very much for this great product. Recently I had contact with the support team and would like to mention how friendly and professional they are—no bots, no AI, no first responders
I really prefer ZEphyr over Xray, still the Ai features are good. Still my team spends a lot of time in Zephyr/Xray and JIRA. Not sure how this can be avoided.
