What this app does
Signature 4 Groups allows your Zendesk admin to set a different agent signature for every group.
How it works:
The admin defines one signature per group. Any Zendesk placeholder or dynamic content can be used.
Within a ticket, the app automatically swaps the agent's signature according to the ticket's selected group.
If no group has been selected on the ticket, the app disables the submit button to prevent sending without a signature.
Privacy
Signature 4 Groups runs entirely inside your Zendesk instance. It does not send any ticket, user, or group data to external servers, and it does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or storage services.
Signatures are stored in the app's own installation settings inside Zendesk.
The app reads the list of groups, the current ticket's group, and the current user's profile fields only to render the correct signature with the chosen Zendesk placeholders.
No data leaves your Zendesk account.
