Create a new free SmartiePal account by entering basic user details (email, first name, surname, password).
Manually enter an existing Assistant ID if you already have a SmartiePal account.
Automatically insert the SmartiePal chat loader script in your site’s header.

Usage After activating the plugin, configure your SmartiePal integration in the WordPress admin:
Navigate to Settings » SmartiePal.
To create a new free SmartiePal account:
Fill in your Email, First Name, Surname, and Password fields.
Click Save Settings and Create Account. Your Assistant ID will be generated and saved automatically.
To use an existing Assistant:
Enter your Assistant ID in the Manual Assistant ID field.
Click Save Assistant ID.
To remove your SmartiePal account:
Click Remove Account and confirm in the modal dialog.
