Layerworks AI Chatbot for WordPress

Layerworks AI Chatbot helps WordPress site owners answer visitor questions before they become manual inquiries. It is designed for small businesses, shops, local organizations, agencies, and service websites that want a practical AI chatbot based on information they have reviewed.

The plugin creates chatbot knowledge from selected published pages, lets an administrator review and edit that knowledge, and can collect supplemental knowledge from published posts and custom post types. Visitors can ask questions in the chat widget, and site administrators can review inquiries, chat logs, CSV exports, retention settings, and basic usage insights from the WordPress admin area.
