Dreamfoxmedia Helpspot live lookup for WordPress

HelpSpot helpdesk software includes a built-in Live Lookup feature that can pull customer details from an external system directly into a ticket. This plugin connects that feature to any WordPress site: agents get instant access to a customer’s name, email, and phone number without ever leaving HelpSpot.

Why use this plugin?

Save agent time — no more switching tabs or manually searching WordPress to find a customer’s details.

Secure by design — the lookup endpoint only responds when a matching auth key is supplied; without it, visitors just see your normal homepage.

Zero configuration on the WordPress side beyond setting an auth key — Live Lookup does the rest from HelpSpot.

Works with any WordPress theme and any WooCommerce store.
