About AI Shopping Assistant
How AI Shopping Assistant works
Give every shopper a personal shopping assistant that knows your whole catalog.
AI Shopping Assistant syncs the products of your online store, or a product file or shop website you add, and helps visitors find the right one. Shoppers describe what they need in their own words, like "a waterproof jacket under $150 in size M". Your assistant filters by price, size, color and any other attribute, compares options and shows matching products as cards with photo, price, availability and a link to the product page.
It answers questions about products, shipping and returns from your catalog, website, files and FAQs, in the language the shopper writes in, day and night.
You stay in control. Set tone and rules in plain words, test every reply before going live, and take over any chat from your shared inbox. Get alerts for new leads and handovers in-app, by email, Slack, Teams or Telegram. Need more? Add ready-made skills such as order status, or describe your own in plain words and Mo builds it in the AI Studio.
Manage everything in the Ultimo Bots portal, and connect Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook to the same assistant.
