How QuickSync for QuickBooks works
Meet QuickSync: your QuickBooks Online integration for inventory and item syncing. Connect your store and reduce repeated catalogue updates.
Keep inventory aligned. Match products by SKU and review your setup before syncing. Quantity syncing applies to tracked Inventory items; Service and NonInventory items are excluded.
Update items once. Use your online store as the source for supported item details. QuickSync copies changes to QuickBooks. QuickBooks cannot be the source store; source updates can overwrite item edits there. Available fields depend on your settings.
Choose what to sync. Select products and review matches from one dashboard. This connector covers inventory and items; bank, payout and tax reconciliation are not included.
Start free. Sync inventory for up to 100 actively syncing variants. Product syncing requires Pro or above. Limits count variants, not listings.
Requires a QuickBooks Online company with inventory tracking and the Stores app on this site. Use matching, unique SKUs. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
