About Booking Service Rescheduler
How Booking Service Rescheduler works
Plans change, and sometimes a client books the wrong service or needs to move to an entirely different service. Booking Service Rescheduler lets you move an existing appointment to a new service without asking the client to cancel and start over.
From your dashboard, search for the client's booking, pick an eligible service with the same price and duration, choose an available time slot, and confirm - the app creates the new booking, cancels the original, and links both together in a full switch history so you always have an audit trail.
Prefer a hands-off approach? Send clients a self-service link so they can switch their booking to a different service on their own, without needing you to step in.
Built for service businesses that offer multiple similar appointments - salons, studios, clinics, fitness gyms, and consultants - where clients often want to switch what they booked instead of just rescheduling the time.
Get started free with a limited number of switches each month, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited service switches.
