How monday.com works
monday.com Integration sends the leads, contacts, orders and bookings from your site to your monday.com boards automatically. No exports, no copying and pasting.
Connect your monday.com account, then choose a board and group for each type of record. The app suggests how your fields match the board's columns, and you can change any of them first.
Each record stays linked to its item, so a change updates that item rather than adding a new one. An order's item follows its payment, fulfillment and cancellation. A booking's item follows its confirmation, reschedule or cancellation. Every form submission becomes a new lead, and nothing is ever deleted from your boards.
Use a board you already work in, or create a new one in a click, with the columns and status labels already set up and your fields mapped. Sync History shows every record and whether it synced.
