About Proof Manager
Send proofs and keep approvals with each order
How Proof Manager works
Keep custom-order proofs, comments and decisions with each order instead of scattered across email threads. Upload a design proof and your customer receives a private review link. They can approve it or request changes with a comment. Send a revised version when needed, and see which orders are still waiting, approved or need changes. The files and responses remain tied to the order, making the approved design easier to find.
