How Instagram Chat works
Add an Instagram chat button to your site so visitors can send you a direct message on Instagram whenever a question comes up. The floating button opens your Instagram DM thread in a new tab or in the Instagram app, so every question lands in the Instagram inbox you already use.
Choose how the button behaves. It can open Instagram straight away, open a chat panel for one person, or show a short welcome message and a list of your team members so visitors pick who to talk to. Give each team member a name, a photo and the days and hours they are available, so visitors reach someone who is on duty.
Make the Instagram chat button match your brand with ready-made themes, your own colors and corners, and a separate layout and position for desktop and mobile. Show it on every page or only on the pages you choose.
