About Stay Direct: Vacation Rentals
How Stay Direct: Vacation Rentals works
Stay Direct works worldwide, in your site's currency and time zone. Cabins, apartments, guest houses and holiday rentals get a booking calendar on your site, so guests book and pay you directly with no commission.
Guests pick dates and party size on an availability calendar and see the full price: nights, guest fees, long-stay discount and cleaning fee. They pay through your checkout, in full or with a deposit, and the nights are held for 15 minutes. The widget follows your site's language (nine languages).
You set nightly and weekend prices, seasons, stay lengths, notice and arrival days. B&Bs and small hotels can add room types with several rooms and rate options.
Host extras: guests can add extras you define, such as early check-in, breakfast or a pet fee (optional or required), and a tourist tax shows as its own line. Paid plans add a pre-arrival email with your arrival instructions, a search across all your properties and an iCal calendar for your cleaner.
Calendar sync imports your other channels' iCal links about every 15 minutes and shares your direct bookings back.
Online payments need a Premium plan. Free: 1 property, 5 online bookings a month, 1 synced calendar.
