About InboxShield
How InboxShield works
InboxShield helps protect contact forms from spam, fake inquiries, and unwanted promotional messages before they waste your time. It automatically scans form submissions, scores each message, and decides whether it should be allowed or blocked.
The app checks for suspicious keywords, repeated spam patterns, and risky promotional content such as SEO offers, crypto promotions, gambling, adult content, and other unwanted outreach. You can also add your own custom keywords and trusted senders to match your business needs.
InboxShield gives you a clear dashboard to review message activity, blocked submissions, spam reasons, and protection performance. You can adjust the filtering strictness, protect all forms on your site, and keep legitimate inquiries flowing while reducing inbox noise.
If you want a simple way to keep your Contact forms cleaner and focus on real customer messages, InboxShield gives you practical spam protection without complicated setup.
