BoxPick works out which of the boxes you actually stock each order should go in, and what packing it that way saves against the box you would otherwise have grabbed.

Add your box sizes once and record how big your products are. From then on, every order gets a recommendation: which box, what goes in it, and a layered diagram you can pack from — layers seen from above, exactly as you look into an open box, with a side view for whether the lid closes.

It picks on cost, not on volume. Carriers bill on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, boxes cost money, and a second parcel is a second label — so a big box that is mostly air can cost more than two small ones, and BoxPick will tell you when it does. Every figure comes from your own rates, which you set. Nothing is quoted from a carrier and the app says so.

Products with no size recorded are still packed, from an assumption, and clearly flagged as estimated — a guess never poses as a measurement.
