Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 applies from 27 September 2026 and prescribes a harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity for online sales. GuaranteeMark adds it to your product page in the Commission's own artwork, in all 24 official languages. Multilingual sites follow the page's language; otherwise you choose one in Settings.
Every product shows the notice by default, so an untouched store is set up. Exclude single products, or filter by notice state, label state or type and exclude a selection at once. Notice and label are per product, not per variant. Hidden products and any past the first 2,000 are not listed, and still show the notice, because that is the default.
It also draws the harmonised durability label, but only once you confirm the four conditions that make it lawful; it stops the moment one is unconfirmed.
Placement is yours: it is added on install and, like any element, you can move or remove it in the editor, which the app cannot see. If every slot is taken by another app it cannot be placed and nothing is shown. Its data sits in collections anyone with CMS access can edit. Nothing is written onto your products, no customer data is read, and it is free.
