Document Library Pro for Wix

Document Library Pro turns your files into a professional, searchable document library your visitors can actually use. It lists all your documents in a sortable table or a visual grid, with instant search, category filters and dynamic folders, so people find the right document in seconds. It works with any file type, including PDFs, Office files, images and videos, and shows previews before download.

Document Library Pro is ideal for policy libraries, resource centers, meeting minutes, annual reports, newsletters, forms, downloads and knowledge bases, used by nonprofits, councils, associations, schools and businesses.

Sync a Google Drive or Dropbox folder with a category, and new, renamed or deleted files update in your library automatically. Password-protect whole libraries, capture leads before download, and track which documents are most popular. Add documents in bulk from a CSV, keep a full version history as your files change, and let visitors download several at once. Style the tables and grids to match your brand with your own colors, columns and layout, then embed your library on any page. Everything is managed from one simple dashboard, with no coding required.
