About WhiteFang
How WhiteFang works
WhiteFang lets merchants issue customizable store credits to customers automatically. Credits are delivered to customers by email, no customer app required. Merchants set up campaigns based on triggers like birthdays, order milestones, and win-back intervals, then WhiteFang handles delivery and tracking. The merchant dashboard includes campaign management, customer credit history, and analytics. No theme changes or developer work are needed to get started.
