About TrialMax
How TrialMax works
Customers often hesitate to buy products they cannot try first, which leads to abandoned carts and returns. TrialMax lets shoppers take items home for a set trial, then keep or return them. Merchants control trial length and deposits, so they stay protected while offering a lower-risk way to buy. Shoppers get more confidence at checkout. Merchants convert hesitant buyers and reduce returns from items that did not fit or meet expectations.
