About Store Radar ‑ Ourava
How Store Radar ‑ Ourava works
Store Radar monitors read-only store events for inventory, order, refund, and fulfillment issues, then posts actionable alerts to Slack. Teams can connect a workspace, choose a default channel, map alert types to channels, and enable rules for daily summaries, low stock, sold out products, large orders, refunds, fulfillment delays, and cancellations. Alert history keeps recent events, AI summaries, suggested checks, and resolve actions.
