About Proofello
How Proofello works
Proofello is an artwork proofing and approval workflow for merchants selling custom products. Turn draft orders with one or multiple items into a single branded proof order, while keeping approvals and revisions separate for each product. Send secure review links where customers can approve artwork, request changes, comment, select colors, and upload files. Track every version and decision, automate reminders, and update order tags from artwork review through production approval.
