About Plug : Cash On Delivery
How Plug : Cash On Delivery works
Plug: Cash On Delivery gives you the flexibility to control how and when COD is offered to your customers. You can set handling fees (fixed/percentage) based on order amount, link the COD payment to specific shipping options, and automatically hide it under defined conditions—like certain countries, order values, discounts or customer profiles. It’s built for merchants who want smarter COD management, order accuracy, and a cleaner checkout experience that fits their business needs.
