How Workflow Transactional Email works
Workflow Transactional Email adds two actions to Shopify Flow: send transactional email and call any external API. One layout can hold translations for every language you sell; Flow's Language field, typically the customer's locale, picks the matching version automatically. Send from your own Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or SMTP sender, with a visual block builder, dynamic Flow data, attachments and stored secrets. HTTP steps call any API with custom headers, body and Liquid interpolation.
