About Comments by FastComments
How Comments by FastComments works
FastComments adds live commenting to your Shopify store. Customers can leave threaded comments on blog posts, product pages, or any page in your store. A streaming chat mode is also available for real-time conversations.
Logged-in Shopify customers are automatically identified when they comment, so they never need to create a separate account. Comments appear in real time without page reloads.
You add FastComments through the theme editor with no code changes required.
