How COD Shield ‑ RTO Prevention works
COD Shield scores every Cash on Delivery order using 8 smart risk signals before you ship. We never send OTP messages to your customers. Real customers shop without interruption while fake orders get automatically blocked. We check pincode RTO history, customer order history, address completeness, order quantity, and timing patterns. Each flagged order shows merchants exactly why it was risky.
