How Bookkeep Accounting+ Inventory works
Bookkeep posts your Shopify sales, refunds, tax, tips, gift cards and fees as a daily journal entry per channel in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero or Sage Intacct, then matches each payout to its bank deposit.
Inventory runs on your ledger. Manage purchase orders for multiple locations, receive it in Shopify POS or the app and Bookkeep adds freight and duty to the cost, so every sale is costed at what you paid. The supplier's bill then posts to QuickBooks, due on your payment terms.
