We only charge what Shopify approves and processes on your behalf, based on your usage. Our pricing has remained the same since early 2022, and we have not changed or increased your plan during that time.Like most marketing automation apps on Shopify, billing is based on the size of a store’s contact list. Over the years, your contact list grew, and billing correspondingly grew to the correct tier. These tiers have been publicly available and unchanged for more than three years.Regarding the “unsupported” message you saw in your Shopify admin, this is due to our app currently using Shopify’s REST API for certain endpoints. Shopify is phasing out REST sometime next year, but it continues to function normally until that deadline. We already have a full migration to GraphQL on our roadmap. This display label does not affect the functionality of the app in any way, and merchants continue to use all features without issue.As for the refund, our standard policy allows for a one-month courtesy refund. In your case, we went above and beyond and approved a three-month refund, which is significantly more than what most Shopify apps or even Shopify themselves would offer when the charges were authorized and ongoing for years.We genuinely care about your experience, and we tried to be as fair and accommodating as possible.
