The wallet interacts with the Bitcoin blockchain directly using a thin Heroku application wrapper. It fully protects the privacy of all cryptographic keys by using Bloom filters (BIP-37) and querying the Bitcoin full nodes instead of integrating with the third-party blockchain explorer services.
