Salesforce Flow is an awesome tool to help your service agents manage customer cases; make your flows even better with this lightweight call script component. Add the component to your flow screens, enter your script text, and you’re done! The component contains a copy to clipboard button. You can customize the component’s color to match your branding by setting the Color attribute with any RGB value (default is blue). The component’s text size can be modified by setting the Size attribute to small, medium, or large (default is medium). Script text can be copied to a Live Agent chat by passing the Live Chat Transcript record ID into the component's Record ID variable.
