With capabilities more powerful than simply handling your Lead or Case assignments, BREeze enables administrators to set data on any field on the Lead or Case objects. This includes stamping on the record with tracking information so you can quickly audit which rule entry resulted in the assignment.
BREeze allows you to easily meet the challenges that come with large organizations and complex Salesforce implementations.
