This app uses the Google Translate API to detect the incoming email language and eventually a case gets created with the details of the email and based on the language it gets routed to the respective queue. A custom field in the package called "Language" stores the language of the case and based on this field you have to create an assignment rule which will assign the case to the respective queue which you have created.
