How CRM Apps Lab™ Touch Contacts - updates related contact records on account update works
Touch Contacts makes it easier for email marketing integrations to work properly when Contacts should be refreshed when Accounts are edited. Whenever an Account record is edited, updates (but no changes) are made to associated Contact records too.
