## Advanced logging
You can log inbound, outbound and missed calls to Pipedrive. When a matching person is found in your CRM, the calls will be added to them as activties.
If you want to, you can even create new contacts in your CRM when no match is found. The person will be created using the information from your Dialpad account.
## Voicemails
Someone left you a voicemail? Dialdrive automatically saves it for you alongside your call logs so you can listen to your voicemails from within Pipedrive!
